I sent you my credentials some time ago and I see that problem still persists. How is it going with finding solution? 🙂

Just check your site and see it’s working fine with the email as in your setting in Mail Settings under Global Setting, see the screenshot for reference:
Can you clarify the issue in more details?

Ok, now i understand, when some parts of message are too short it doesn’t send email. I tried to use username “test”, email subject “test” and message “test” when failed. Probably message text was too short. It works fine with more characters 🙂 Hmm would be better to have some warning message instead of just having page reloaded in such a situations, maybe it is something you would like to think about in the future 🙂
