I had instaleed JA Opal theme in my local host, after running I am getting the following error at front page and the top picture is not aliging right

Notice: Undefined variable: setimagearray in D:Program FileswampwwwKidsmodulesmod_jaslideshow2mod_jaslideshow2.php on line 85
Notice: Undefined variable: orderby in D:Program FileswampwwwKidsmodulesmod_jaslideshow2mod_jaslideshow2.php on line 86
Notice: Undefined variable: sort in D:Program FileswampwwwKidsmodulesmod_jaslideshow2mod_jaslideshow2.php on line 86

How to solve this, I had change in global configuration error reporting to none but this did not solve the issue
