Did not know where to put this one,
On ThemeForest someone is selling a modified JA Ores.
Is this possible? I mean may someone selling this on ThemeForest?

Hi
There is some similarity, but I believe what the programmer has done is taken the T3 framework and modified the theme. JA should clarify if programmers could use the T3 framework and then sell the theme.

What worries me is the programmer has gone a step further and removed the Joomlart copyrights which I believe would be gross violation unless he has taken requisit permissions.

Hence, JA should clarify to programmers if we could create our own themes and release them in open market using the T3 framework.
