You can add a spotlight block there

Open this file templatesja_playmagtplsdefault.php

at the end of blocks settings

<?php $this->loadBlock('navhelper') ?>

<?php $this->loadBlock('footer') ?>

Add this block spotlight-1

<?php $this->loadBlock('navhelper') ?>

<?php $this->loadBlock('spotlight-1') ?>

<?php $this->loadBlock('footer') ?>

Now layout should be as follow
