Try to disable the component tcpdf clear Joomla cache and check .

Seems the cache folder is not writable , kindly fix this permission issue .
This will fix the problem on your site .

As i said the issue is from the component tcpdf .
Go to /components/com_tcpdf
rename the com_tcpdf with any name and check front end .
Issue is solved .
