October 7, 2011 at 5:16 am #169412I have posted nearly a similar problem before on this forum. However, this problem is making my crazy now. I need urgent support from Joomlart.
In Ja-Tellline IIIV2 template, JA-Tabs are positioned in the front page on the right side. Some youtube videos are shown on the JA-Tab (now I have deleted and only one is shown). This youtube video must popup to show it, however it works in FireFox but does not in IE.
Please see the attached pictures.
Few weeks earlier, it was not working, then I changed the following parameter to
TemplateGlobal configuration Optimize CSS –> Join & Minify (earlier, it was set at Join, Minify & Compress)
TemplateGlobal configuration Optimize JS –> Join &Minify (earlier, it was set at Join, Minify & Compress)At the same time, I also disabled Mootools upgrade plugin, then this popup started working. Now, it is not working.
I have tried now different configurations, but t does not work. Mootools plugin is also disabled, because enabling this plugin make the things worse and whole template in IE is broken.
One important test I did: I checked this problem in IE7 and IE8 in two different computers. Problem is same, ja-popup does not work.

October 7, 2011 at 5:57 am #417429I found the reason, but the resolution is clumsy. What happens is that folder ‘/t3-assets’ goes missing somehow, which creates the problem. After some investigation I found that, when you click menu ‘JAT3 Clean Cache’ (available at right top bar of backend admin) then this directory ‘t3-asstes’ is deleted.
Looks like a bug, in such case what we are supposed to do if we want to clean JAt3 cache. Manually delete all files from this folder ?jooservices Friendjooservices

October 12, 2011 at 6:02 pm #418844Hi
When you click on the menu, it’s supposed to delete cached files under t3-assets folder but itself. Please make sure that you are using the latest of T3 plugin first. Then if it’s really a bug, I will report our developers to fix.
Thanks
