I can not get JA Popup to work.

I’m using the following code inside a module which works on a JA Topaz live site but not on a JA Lime site.

I have compared all of the plugin settings & they are the same on both sites. (One site is using JA Topaz & one site is using JA Lime) both are running on the same webserver……

Any ideas?

May be the issue was due to Javascript conflict. JA popup plugin supports many modal boxes, could you try to switch across these options to find one that can resolve the issue. If no success, pls PM me an administrator account to your site, so that I could investigate further.
