Hi here is my setting below in regard to JA Popup Plugin. I am trying to run videos by using this plug in. It looks like everything is set it well and when I/you click on video/picture just gray background come up and nothing else?

What is the problem?

Should I install anything else?

The issue is you must use multibox when using imagery. I was unable to get it to work fullscreen on popup but the controls are there so that they can just click “fullscreen” and it will work. It appears to be working fine at this moment.
I noticed you used thumb class alot… I’m not sure you need it at all, seemed to work fine with just standard <div>

Can you just tell me one more thing before we close this ticket (I would like to learn from this problem).

What do you mean by multibox when using imagery?

yeah, if your using thumbnails with the popups, according the the popup guide you must use multi-box ( look in plugin for ja-popup)
