I dont think JA Portfolio template on Joomla 1.6 has K2? When will it be released any idea?

K2 isn‘t ready for Joomla! 1.6 yet. Originally it was targeted for February, then March. On 30th March the developer posted this tweet:

<blockquote>Baking K2 v2.5 will take a couple more weeks, as we’re doing heavy JS work and J1.6 code adaptation – v2.5 will be based off jQuery 1.5 🙂
