I recently downloaded JA Portfolio Real Estate and on the download page it says framework 2.0 and template for 1.7
after installing and going through extensions I see the t3 Framework says that it is 1.6

so I ask staff support and they got caught up something else in my ticket that they thought I did and even after I corrected them they still didn’t answer my question which is……
1) should the T3 framework that comes in that down load say that it is 1.6 or should it say 2.0?
– if the answer is that it should say 2.0 then Joomlart should be aware that they have a download package that has the wrong framework it in. It the answer is that it will say 1.6,,,,,, then the question would be…. is it fully compatible with Joomla 1.7 and K2 or are there issues I should be made aware of?

Also are any of you aware of a really good “real estate developer” mod? I am not an agent, I market properties form myself and for other builders so the features are similar but need some special ones too for different marketing channels

and any suggestions for Marketing Mod_ and CRM would also be greatly appreciated
