What is the difference between JA Portfolio Web Design and JA Portfolio Real Estate?
Have you demos of each template?

Where are you seeing that there are two versions of the JA Portfolio template?

I have not seen a demo set up for a Ja Portfolio “Web Design” template . . . though I could be wrong.

Absent the availability of a demo version, the next quickest way to check out the difference (if any) would be to download the “Web Design” version template and install via the quickstart+sample data process – and then check things out that way. You can always delete the entire installation and database when you’re finished (if you so choose).
