Hi there

I created a new file in this folder /templates/ja_elicyon/css and named it custom.css then added to it
```
#ja-promo-bar-176 .inner {
  background-color:transparent!important;
  border-bottom:none!important;
}
```
As you can see now promo bar is transparent
