    Hello,

I’m presently working on a site which i want to use the JA-Puresite template on.

Can anyone please help me on how to reduce the header of the template. It’s the portion with this info .

This is the attributes it has at the moment Attributes

    class = main-inner1 clearfix
    Position
    Left: 49px Top: 0px
    Width: 1060px Height: 155px

I would like to change the height from 155px to something like 113px.

How and where to i find the file to edit to get this done.

Your help will be well appreciated.

    Regards

So that I can try to best assist you, please provide the url of the site you’re working on –
as well as set “Optimize CSS” to “No” within your Template Manager–General Settings

Unfortunately, our Demo Builder application seems to be down at the moment, so I cannot create a temporary demo to check the settings outside of viewing your live site. Can you, perhaps, send me a PM with the login info?

    Thanks Tom,

I’ve been able to resolve. but then i have another issue. I’ll let you see the site when i upload it. Everything is now looking good except i’ve now lost the mouse over effect on the menu in the process.

I’ll let you know when i do the upload maybe later today.

    Regards

    Hello Tolu
Re: the loss of menu mouseover , usually that is a result of some extension you have installed using JQuery, and conflicting with an existing JQuery call. Many extensions carry an option in the back end to fix this called JQuery Fix or simply turn JQuery on or off.

I believe I read somewhere, once a extension that uses JQuery loads it, other extensions do NOT need to further load as this double dose of JQuery causes problems.

Have a look for this possible problem amongst newly enabled extensions or plugins since it worked last

    Cheers Shannon
