I want to replace the word “hot” in the red dot on the Highlight module with “hello”. I have already edited the image and cleared the
cache, but it doesn’t change. How can I fix it?

Icons badge are defined in this file /templates/ja_puresite/css/typo.css

.ja-moduletable .badge {
background-color: transparent;
background-image: url("../images/icons/icon-badge.png");
background-repeat: no-repeat;
border-radius: 0 0 0 0;
height: 40px;
padding: 0;
position: absolute;
right: 0;
top: 20px;
width: 40px;
}

So after changed that image file you need to be sure that the highlite module is using this module class suffix badge-hot hilite
