Sorry, but the header file does not exit on the jomla1.6 download of the japurity ii download.
I’ve download it today, 2iST FEB. 2011 and it is not there.

The issue is/ remains the same.
How to make the header image in japurity ii rotate in joomla 1.6?
Which files to edit the php code?
In which file is the randon image function defined?
Is it possible to download the files seperatly?

Your Help is Much appreciated since this is one of the main features I would like to use.

Currently Purity II 1.6 does not support the rotation feature of header images, I’ve created this feature request to our devs, hope they can make it soon, you can track the progress here:

Hello,

a extern solution to this problem could be, to use the component “flexheader3”, but in this case you need the modulposition “header”, which doesn´t exist. Is there any idea, how to find out the modulposition “header”?

If the specific component doesnt insist on usage of header position, You can go on to assign it to search position which would have almost similar placement as header rotator
