    That behaviour is for your own good, cached pages makes the site fast and each time you clear cache your user request will generate new cache again.

    ok thanks ninja but i have a lot of directory who came in my root called tmpxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    I thinks its for cache purpose, i well mentionned T3asset for css compression but that seem not change directory for cache

    there is plenting of that directory does there is a way to put them in a directory ?

    + Cache on Joomla site(default) store cache on
    <blockquote>ROOT/cache: folder</blockquote>

    + JA Template store cache on
    <blockquote>ROOT/cache/t3_assets: folder
    ROOT/cache/t3_pages: folder
    </blockquote>

    + Compression css and js
    <blockquote>ROOT/t3-assets/css: folder
    ROOT/t3-assets/js: folder</blockquote>

    Regarding to change directory for cache, i think you need to expert about code(hard-coded) help you do this.
