That behaviour is for your own good, cached pages makes the site fast and each time you clear cache your user request will generate new cache again.1 user says Thank You to Ninja Lead for this useful post

January 10, 2013 at 3:23 am #479195+ Cache on Joomla site(default) store cache on
<blockquote>ROOT/cache: folder</blockquote>+ JA Template store cache on
<blockquote>ROOT/cache/t3_assets: folder
ROOT/cache/t3_pages: folder
</blockquote>+ Compression css and js
<blockquote>ROOT/t3-assets/css: folder
ROOT/t3-assets/js: folder</blockquote>Regarding to change directory for cache, i think you need to expert about code(hard-coded) help you do this.

With this case, I would need to take a closer look at your site. You can pm me url, admin access and ftp account. I shall check it for you
