I am configuring Ja Purity ii style with Joomla 2.5.7.
Left-main-right layout, left menus, no show Logo T3, auto or wide template width.
Everything was going well but suddenly in backend admin Edit Style can’t modify style.
The Profile button is with a red question mark and do not save any change (Template whith, Footer T3 Logo no show, Layout, etc. etc.).
I do not understand what is happening and not know what to do. Please help me.

Hi renzo11,
When facing this issue please ensure that :
– all requested parameters should be correct
– Set right permission for files/folder: file-644 and folder-755
– If you use editor like Firebug in firefox: pls check error tag whether there is any error when you click save button or not.

1) setting Desktop Layout as Default:

2) clicking left-main-right in the list just below menu (Global, Profiles, Layout, Themes, …):

Note that at moment many parameters are set wrong and I can not change.
Waiting for further advice I reinstalled Jommla (2.5.8) and ja purity ii + plugin jat3.
I go to the Edit Style and in Layout Settings everything is Disabled. I try to choose a layout but I can not save it. Usual error mentioned this morning.
Same thing for any possible setting in Edit Style.
At this point I can not understand anything.
Please give me some suggestions on what to do.

If your site is still running with Joomla 2.5.7, please PM me admin and FTP account, I shall check for you.
With Joomla 2.5.8 (latest version), we are in progress of upgrading this template and extension used in this template to be compatible with this latest version and we hope it would be released within this week. After that you can update it.

after upgrading to Joomla 2.5.8, ja_purity_ii.v2.5.3 and plg_system_jat3.v2.5.6 the situation has not changed.
It is impossible to save any change of profiles.
The error is still
TypeError: profiles[name] is undefined
json[‘profiles’][name] = profiles[name].working;

I think I found the cause of the problem.
In the last further check I realized I had forgotten to update the left framework “Language & Page Assignment” with the profile set in “Profiles”.
It seems that everything runs smoothly.
I am happy to have found the cause!

I have same problem with jommla 2.5, but I can’t update JA Kranos template.
I would like just default template, no Handhel, Iphone or Android template.
What file can I modifie ?
