Hello,

I have just installed JA Purity II in a Joomla 3.2 system. I made some changes to the global configuration, selected Save and then received a message saying global settings successfully changed. However, when I closed the template edit screen and opened it again the changes were not displayed.

I have read a previous post about global changes not being saved that suggested it was a web hosting problem. Is this likely to be the explanation?

Hi John,

I regret to say that at this time the JA Purity II is not compatible completely with Joomla 3.2 and our template developers have been working to upgrade it to Joomla 3.2 update.

The same issue of saving the template global setting was reported to our devs and we will try to release the J3.2 update of this template as soon as possible. Hope you can be patient for this.

Hi Leo,

Thanks for the response.

I am doing a big site upgrade and can work with another template temporarily until the JA Purity upgrade for Joomla 3.2 is available.
