Hi Team,

at the contact form the send button does’nt work (javascript:void(0))

nothing happened when I click on the send button. Please help!

Apology for the problem . Can u take a full backup of site + custom changes .
Then fix the permission issue of temp and log folder > http://prntscr.com/8qbsgg
+update the T3 plugin to Latest version .
Let me know if it helps.

unfortunately not, temp an logs folder permission issue fixed, t3 plugin updated to lates version, but still the same javascript:void(0) problem, cannot send :((:(( – please help!

i checked your site the problem is coming from the OS Responsive Image Gallery module . I temp. disabled it and it everything work fine . I tested and get a mail from your site : http://prntscr.com/8rg024
You can publish the module on a test page on your site and check it , there is no issue from contact module .
