Hi
I trying to set up a multilingual site based on JA Resume and J3.6.2 – I have some issues with regard to the JA Quick Contact component. And perhaps the multilingual functions as I couldn’t/wouldn’t use the JA multilanguage component. My problem is that I have a main menu in which all my menu items are placed. Through managing the language-codes I can get the switcher to work. And it shows respectively a Danish and an English menu.
But when it comes the JA quick Contact component it works ok in Danish. But it won’t show on the onepage-home-page in English…
What am I doing wrong here?Yours sincerely

October 18, 2016 at 7:09 am #977453Hi Claus,
The issue come from the ‘Contact’ module – ACM Spotlight module in ‘mast-bottom’ position. You need to modules for both languages on your site. I just duplicated to have a new module call ‘Contact 2’ to show contact for English, you can see it’s showing now.

Was going mad trying to make it work… Just one more thing: As you might have noticed, I’ve hard-coded a Danish translation into the the php-file: the part that tell users to use a real emailaddress. And furthermore the the translations do not grab the captacha-I’m not a robot-bit… How do I ensure correct translations of those parts.
Yours sincerely

The language switcher does not switch between languages of the actually viewed page. If you change language the using the switcher it shifts to the frontpage in the new language setting instead of the actual page you were viewing!Perhaps It has something to do with the fact that the menuitems in Danish and English all are in the Main Menu… Can’t get the language-specific menus to work?

October 18, 2016 at 8:04 am #977526For English, make sure that you have this field text:
NOTICE_REQUEST_USER_REAL_EMAIL = "Please use a REAL email address so that we can get back to you."
in the language file of JA Quick Contact module: ROOT/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_jaquickcontact.ini
October 18, 2016 at 8:11 am #977538Hmm thanks… Apparently I had translated into Danish in the English file! Not so very clever!"

October 18, 2016 at 10:14 am #977586Hi again
Little problem_ JA Resume uses Lightbox for viewing images in galleries. But when you view enlarged images the background color in the container is white… I need it to be dark grey or black… Could you direct me into which folder/file I can edit these settings…
Thanks

October 18, 2016 at 10:25 am #977593You can add this css rule:
.ekko-lightbox .modal-body .ekko-lightbox-container { background: #c0c0c0; }
into the file: ROOT/templates/ja_resume/css/custom.css (create this file if it doesn’t exist)

October 18, 2016 at 3:48 pm #977733Hi again
If the text ‘I’m not at Robot’ doesn’t change according to language – where do I edit the text in the contact form….Yours

October 19, 2016 at 2:33 am #977928As the documentation from G’ re-captcha ( https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/display#config ) it will auto-detects the language.
