November 7, 2013 at 2:47 am #192039Hi, Support team,
The “SEND EMAIL” button in the JA Quick Contact is not working at all. When you click on it, it does not validate the contents in the input field areas and the contents are not being sent. It just looks as nothing had happened after you clicked on it.
I’ve checked all the posts regarding the similar issue, nothing working.
I’ve uninstalled the JA Quick Contact and re-install the latest version, doesn’t work. I plan to launch the website this week. Could you please help me to check?Thank you so much.

November 12, 2013 at 9:40 am #511949Hi Henry,
Im sorry for being late on this issue. It took me time, our developer helped me to check out and fix the Send Email button issue of JA Quick Contact module on your site. It works fine now.
The root of issue comes from the wrong definition of the .js (jQuery files) files you integrated in on the Onepage template, that make the script of our JA Quick Contact module to be in conflict and can’t perform the Send email button correctly. And he fixed the issue with below steps:
– Remove the .js file loading definition in templates/ja_onepage/tpls/head.php file.
– Then re-define your .js files in templates/ja_onepage/etc/assets.xml file with below format:
<file>js/jquery.easing.1.3.js</file>
<file>js/slimbox2/slimbox2_isno.js</file>
<file>js/jQueryRotate.js</file>
<file>js/arc.js</file>
<file>js/jquery.parallax-1.1.3.js</file>
<file>js/jquery.localscroll-1.2.7-min.js</file>
<file>js/jquery.localscroll-1.2.7-min.js</file>
<file>js/script.js</file>
Well, can you check the module again and let us know if it works now?
Regards,

November 13, 2013 at 11:18 pm #512134Hi, Leo,
Thanks for your help.
The jQuickContact does work now but the slimbox2 doesn’t work.
In the portfolio section, if you click each thumbnail image, should popup the slimbox2.
I found the slimbox2_isno.js conflict to script.js. Any suggestions?phong nam Friendphong nam

November 14, 2013 at 3:45 am #512149Hi Henry,
By default, our JA Content Popup modue (Our Portfolio) does support to display the articles/ items on popup view with light box like that of slimbox2. You don’t need to use more jQueries (i.e Slimbox2) to add the popup effect and in addition, it will conflict with our template script.

November 18, 2013 at 10:53 pm #512637Eventually I found the problem. It’s because the slimbox_isno.js code has jQuery.noconflict problem. It’s fixed now. Thanks for your reply.
I give up to use the ja_content_popup is because it’s too slow. I don’t know why.1 user says Thank You to henryxutao for this useful post
