Hi Guys,

I’m making following website: http://restylejepand.tlwebdesign.nl for a customer of mine. I have the following problem. My customer wants an extra field in the quickcontact form named Business name. I have no idea how to do this. Can someone help me with this?

Help greatly appreciated.

I am afraid this could be touch since you have to create a new database field along with changing the code.
You can use this extension instead:

Thnx for your reply, but this plugin is not made to be positioned as a module. Seems very handy for other applications though. Still not helped. But bigger problem is that the contactform doesnt send the e-mail…..

Are you using J1.6 or J1.5?

Difficult to style to fit the module page but there are plenty of custom form generators that allow you to create a form in a module. One of those would probably do the trick perfectly.
