This is a curious one and hard to describe so I just made a video of what happens and posted it for reference. It’s was kind of a toss up because it seemed it would take a lot of back and forth to explain what is going on so maybe a few minutes up front would help explain. I did cruise the boards and have already set my ja-header z-index=0; no luck.

Thanks in advance for any help. The different video versions below are of same issue

Just found your response for which I thank you.

Hmmm… This particular site is buried deep inside our private network. I will recreate in the world and give a heads up. Perhaps there is a correlation between this configuration and the issue.

Will notify when set up and thank you again for your willingness to check it out.

Dear Tienhc,

I have a fresh public joomla 1.5.20 installation with zero mods and only the Rasite template and the jwplayer plugin. They exhibit precisely the same behavior. Please advise as to how I might provide you with the login and password.

A dedicated site with an administrative account was created last week for you and per Phil Luckhurst instructions I opened the following ticket:

Moreover I have installed the latest Rasite v-1.1.1 template and the issue persists.
