    Hi,

I need your help. Frontpage/Home is OK. But the others are not OK. Just when I opened another menu (for articles and blogs) always show Error. Just come to my site, I hope you can help.

I made an update from JA Extension Manager for my template (JA Rave version 1.0.1). I updated it to 1.1.0, recommendation from JA Extension Manager. And something bad happened. My frontpage changed. I did rollback, frontpage back to normal except articles and blog layout.

    For example:
    http://wahana-online.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=75&Itemid=156
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JHTML::core() in /home/wahanaon/public_html/templates/ja_rave_new/html/com_content/category/blog_item.php on line 18

    http://wahana-online.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=210:minix-890-gx-usb3-award-qmini-itx-terlengkap-2011q-versi-pc-plus&catid=1:latest-news&Itemid=29
Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/wahanaon/public_html/templates/ja_rave_new/html/com_content/article/default.php on line 17

If you need more info, feel free to ask me.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Kiman (Wiwin).

Sorry. It’s my fault. Correct password now.

Is that OK if I exposed the domain here, mod?

Since I’m new here, if I did wrong, feel free to let me know.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Wiwin.

    Hi

You have many plugin and modules that needs to be updated, first of all the JaT3 Framework plugin your version is very old.

I can suggest to take a backup of your site using the Akeeba backup component and then start to update all your extensions using the Ja-Extension manager component that also need to be updated so these are the steps

    1) Install the Akeeba backup Component
    2) Take a backup of your site here you can find a guide
    3) Install the new release of the Ja_Extension manager (After you have uninstalled the old version)
    4) Update all plugins and modules
    5) Take a new backup of your site

    Hi Pavit,

Thanks for your help. it fixed now.

Here is some step I want to share: I used manual backup, uninstalling JA Ext Manager, (re)installing JA Ext Manager (newer version), updating JA T3 Frameworks plugin to the latest (from JA Ext Manager), uninstalling JA Rave template (from joomla), (re)installing JA Rave (newer version 1.0.2, from joomla), customize the template just like before.

JA Ext Manager told me latest template version is 1.1.0. This version is for Joomla 1.6 (not for joomla 1.5) so I chose reinstall template from joomla itself.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Wiwin.
