Hello I need to install Joomshop but the css is not pretty products and categories are all of center. Especially in mobile view. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi
This template support Vik restaurant with template design. If you are using any 3rd party extension it will use its default style like any other Joomla template.
You can give me the Page URL where you are facing the problem and a screenshot of the problem. I will help you to check this issue.

I checked your site the extension do not loading any style for the items and it look like this.
Kindly check the page with default Joomla template to see its default design. I will help you to make changes.

I checked your site with default Joomla template Protostar and it looks same: http://prntscr.com/dmgl7i
This is the default style of the extension, you have to submit a request for extension provides for adding new feature style in the extension.
If the extension support Bootstrap 3 then it can use the default classes of template used in BS3.
