All of a sudden my footer items moved to the left, please advise how to fix this to be same as JA Restaurant Demo.

You will need to verify your home menu item is using layout with correct blocks settings for footer

You should verify layout of your template style assigned to your menu item as showed in image below
It should have in footer position 3 blocks as second image shows.

You need to remove any .htm or .html file from your joomla installation root , as i can see you have such file into main root of your website – only php file should stay in your joomla installation folder
I renamed your .html files into orightml and now your backend works fine , i applied also changes to your footer block and as you can see now it is showing correctly .
I also moved your website offline.
