It looks you have not installed the quickstart package with sample data.
As you have no sample data: http://prntscr.com/e5wkkm
I suggest you install the quickstart package again and do not forget to install sample data in 3rd step.

Hi,
I installed de quickstart correctly

My problem is with the follow:

I installed a Joomla package with de template Ja Restaurant and I’m trying to build the pages the same as JA Restaurant demo site. But I can’t get the featured articles looks like the demo.

You have to apply the same menu options for your new site.

Could u check and provide me the working site details. I will help you to apply the same view like in demo site.

Hi! I were able to solve the problem thanks your instruction!!

Now I have another problem: the template configuration.
When I make a change in the template configuration, in the frontend the appareance of the menu changes. Any change I make occurs the same.

http://kumvisual.com.ar/restaurant/ (this is the quickstart without changes, I only changed the color style).

I tried doing the same in other sites with the same template and always occurs this problem.

Hi Hogarka, I found the solution. In the template manager go to Add-ons and disable Off-canvas Sidebar.
