    Hi,

I am trying to install JA Resume template on my hosting company account.
Can you please tell me what are the basic folders I have to transfer with FTP in order to have basic function of JA Resume template? I assume that would be the following 5 folders below:

    1. JA Resume (Type: quickstart | zip file name: jatc_resume_j3x)
    2. JA Resume Template (Type: template | zip file name: ja_resume)
    3. JA Extenstion Manager (Type: Component | zip file name: com_jaextmanager)
    4. T3 System Plugin (Type: plugin | zip file name: plg_system_t3)
    5. JA Resume Source file (Type: source | zip file name: ja_resume_source)

I do not need other parts as: JA Quick Contact Module for J3.x, JA ACM Module etc. I just need basic frame work of that template and basic style and that is it.

Last question: I have already tired to extracted all files from 5 folders mentioned above but I could not run joomla basic configuration page, should I transfers some other files from other folders regarding that template? Please see screenshot of extracted files:

    Hi
If you want the site like demo you can install quickstart package with sample data and it will give sample data .

If you want to install the template on already installed Joomla and not want the contact module and want basic function you have to install the template , T3 plugin , ACM module , JA Extension manager to update template and extension .
    Here : http://prntscr.com/dgfae3

This documentation helps you to configure extensions .

ACM module is used on most of the parts so i suggest you to use this.

    So to summarize:
I can use quickstart package only If download all files regarding JA resume template (11 zip files) – screenshot: http://www.screencast.com/t/QqWu9H7FU otherwise website will not work?

In case I would like to install just basic function I have to have preinstalled joomla app on my hosting and then I have to somehow upload (or add with FTP files that you mentioned: template , T3 plugin , ACM module , JA Extension manager http://prntscr.com/dgfae3)?

Can you also just please clarify extracting part of downloaded folders.
When I download all selected files – screenshot: http://www.screencast.com/t/msmtnbnUa
I end up with the following folder: Joomla_Templates_JA_Resume then I extract each zip file and I end up with 11 folders. Should I:

    1. transfer each folder to the main root folder on my hosting company or
    2. I have to transfer each file from each folder to main root folder on my hosting company?

    Hi
    Let me explain again :

1 . Quickstart package is standalone installation , and does not install on already installed Joomla .
Install it with sample data .
use quickstart installation for this .

    1. if you already have Joomla site installed and want to install the template and extension .
then install these packages : http://prnt.sc/dgfae3

Open Joomla admin and install the zip via Joomla extension manager installer .
like you installed any other Joomla extension .
