Hello.

I have a JA Methys install via quickstart, then had template customized.
Nothing in the plugins, programming, structure was changed, only layout.

I have configured JA Retweet plugin correctly, with usernames and all.
The problem is that the counter is always 0 on the tweet count.
I have tested it several times, but the counter does not increase.
Many people have also twitted the pages through the button, but we still have 0 on the counter.

I need a fix for this problem with hurry, because this is a good client.

Hi JBrett.

I would like to do that, but I can’t access your new fusion ticket system.
And I don’t have an option to create a user ou remember password.

Can you help me with that so I can submit access credentials via ticket?
