Hello, at last few day I see this plugin like at attachment. Nothing is changed at plugin settings or touched the code.

Problem is that I see Retweet button like in attachment also at JA Social demo page at Joomlart.com. So problem is “in my house” 🙂

What is happend? Where are counter goes?

I have the same exact issue that msilac reported. However, more imortantly the count does not work.
With respect to the count issue, I reported in a different thread and in there is a support ticket. In the thread, I was told to upgrade to the latest but I am already running the latest. I was told to simply check a different browser because of caching. I can tell you that it does not work and you can check your own demo site. If you notice there all retweets are 0. I retweeted on your demo site the first and 2nd artcle in Fireofox and then viewed your demo site in Chrome and they were at 0.

I will likely not use the retweet button because it is not working. I will update my other thread but I just noticed this issue here and wanted to also update this thread.

It seems that this was problem on Twitter side…

Without any trying to solve this… after 3 days it is ok!? Weird…

Dear msilac!

We have checked this issue, these plugins work well, the major problem is from cache of the twitter service, facebook service and browser cache, so the numbers are not updated after sharing.
