Looks ok to me but what is it all about I got the impressions its something to do with property management? even though your english is no better than my german some english description would help me?

it is just a german company for building houses, like single family houses, multi-family houses and industrial plants.

Edit / Delete the footer.php

Simply debug your site and clean unwanted content.
