    Hi,

    First of all, I did not find Support for paid users of JA S3 componente.

    I installed it carefully, turned pugins on.

    I created the profiles.

    I can create and access my buckets, upload and access my files at S3.

    But after upload, links to files are just lost (they remain as if they were at the original server), like if the file do not exist.

    I tried both options, but creating or not zero size files, it do not work.

    What is wrong? How can I sove it?

    Hi,

    Update your site URL, admin account, FTP account in First post. I’ll check the problem for you.
