I have been working with the extension aiContactSafe which is nice, nonetheless I am getting troubles with the “Message” field. The JA Sanidine tamplate ha its background color black and as soon as I installed and configured the aiContactSafe the editbox came up black as well… But no problems, I got the documentation about the CSS parameters so I went ahead and solved the editbox color problem. Now, the situation is that the legend below “You have 500 characters left.” has the little square that contains the number 500 with the background color black as same as the templates background… so, I would like to know if there is a chance to set this up (the little square) with the background color white.

    Thanks in advance!!!

    Hi aligonso

It is so hard to understand your issue. Could you give me your live url?

Hi, sorry for the hard time trying to explain myself… Sorry dude I owe you the link, I am working locally in my computer…

I was talking about the message field label of the aicontactsafe, I have set this in an article layout and contact form menu item of the template (JA Sanidine); both cases, because of the template background(black), the countdown indicator underneath the message field label was showed up with the background and the numbers/letters as color black(as same as the template, therefore the legend was unreadable)…

unlike http://www.algisinfo.net/demo-aicontactsafe_en.html the JA Sanidine has the background color black and my page was showing up some fields with its background and letters/numbers color black as well.

Now, I was able to get this working…
I modified the file /public_htm/mysite/media/aicontactsafe/cssprofiles/profile_css_3.css specifically the sections div.countdown_div and input.countdown_editbox, this way I set the background of the entire line: “You have 500 characters left.”

Not sure if the aicontactsafe extention/component was corrupted at the moment of the installation or the JA Sanidine does not like it… The good thing is that it can be modified. Hope this helps to explain how my situation was.
