Hello,

I have just paid to join this Template Club today.

I have paid my $40.00 , but so far my experience has been really bad.

I have downloaded JA Shopping II as the Demo Site looked fantastic.

I installed the template, and everything seemed to be ok, but then when I treid to set it up as the default template , I received an error message that read : “Template File Not Found! Looking for template:ja_shopping_ii “

As far as I can see the template directory is definitely installed:

/home/redplast/public_html/joomla/templates/ja_shopping_ii

But the template just will not work at all!

This issue must be template related as all of my other previously installed templates work perfectly!

I have contacted my hosting provider, and they have investigated the problem, and have confirmed for me that it is template related. They have advised me to contact the templates author about this problem.

I have tried emailing JoomlArt but have had no response at all so far

I really do hope somebody can advise me as I really would love to use this template ( the only reason I joined this club was so that i could download this template!), but so far I am just $40.00 down and very unhappy!

Hi,
This template has been installed and used by many other users. Therefore, it cannot simply say the template error.
You should follow the readme.txt included in the template package to setup this template as well as Virtuemart component and modules. If you still get problem, please provide your live site url here and Joomlart team and other users will help you.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your response.

I have tried my best to follow the instructions in the readme.txt,, but I guess I must still be doing something wrong as I can’t get it to work. :confused:

I would really appreciate any help anyone could offer me, as I am a newbie and I am really struggling!

The template I am currently using is ‘wild_wind’, version 1.0 by Shelton Johnson (mambozilla.com), which works fine, but the JA Shopping II template would more adequately suit my needs.

I truly appreciate any help offered!!
