I just paid to become a member to get this template. It is quite disappointing that I now see the same problem that so many users have – and this is more than 6 months after it was first posted.
Everything seems to work fine in IE7 but this problem appears in IE6.
I think whoever takes the money need to get on it and fix this problem once and for all – else I would like to get my money back.
The reason for bying templates is exactly that you don’t have to deal with this kind of crap.
Can we hear an official anser please?Greg

Yes – the scroller fix actually worked. Which is of course nice – but the point still stands. Why is it not fixed in a product you pay money for. From what I can gather reading the posts in this thread I am one of the lucky ones.
At least it could be added to the readme.txt file. I still had to spent way too much time on a stupid little thing like this.Greg
January 22, 2007 at 6:07 am #213407What width setting are you using?
Check the size of all your active mods on the right, do they fit the right box size?
January 22, 2007 at 6:11 am #213408Woops, you already fixed it.
The template designer fits the template within the 1024 or 800 px width settings. It’s up to the customer to resize their components.
Too many variables to do otherwise. Impossible to take into account every module, especially when it’s so easy to change the settings.

Another way to solve this issues is by adding a link in the main menu to the Virtuemart component.
But then you won’t have the scroller at the same time as the products/cart.See further

BjarkeMay 24, 2007 at 3:34 pm #220761Hello,
I have installed Joomla eCommece Edition, which includes Joomla 1.0.12 and VirtueMart 1.0.10. Then installed JA Shopping II, and followed the instructions in the readme file, the result: looks all right with Firefox, but is all messed up with IE 6. The problem is the same so many people complained about here: the right column slips down to the bottom of the page. Further more, in some of the modules the fonts get huge (see attached pictures). I tried every method mentioned in this forum, but it gave no result. Of course I didn’t downgrade to version 1.0.8 mentioned somewhere, because it seemed far too old to me. Does this mean there is no hope for me 😉 ? The problem appeared at the very first moment I installed the template, so I don’t think it’s my fault.

However, on some systems in IE the site loads with the right column at the bottom of the page as in the screenshot above in emrfixit’s post. So far I see no difference in the IE settings on the two machines.
Attached is the source as rendered in IE when the problem occurs. Anyone have any ideas on this?
Tried to upload the file in both txt and zip format but the site says the upload failed. Oh well, will try to post it later.</blockquote>
At some point I met this phenomenon too. If someone found the solution, please be kind to share with us.
Regards.
