HI there,

Thank you very much for the info. Actually, we did notify JED about the bug fix and update to the download package for JA Showcase last 16/Jan/10. We have reminded them again for removing JA Showcase from this http://docs.joomla.org/Vulnerable_Extensions_List .

We have informed SECUNIA about the same and do believe they update http://secunia.com/advisories/33486/ at the soonest time.

I would like to confirm that this issue has been solved and updated to downloads since 16/Jan/2010. You can find the same confirmation via this thread: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-showcase-listed-as-a-vulnerable-component/. Sorry for the confusing date, this shall not happen with the new incoming updater system
