The Works module on the home page for some reason are no longer linking to the displayed articles? When I click them the link simply takes me to the top of the home page. Same with the journal Module underneath that. Can anyone please advise?

    Hi daveashton75,

The reason here is that those articles are not assigned to any menu items in your site. Basically in Joomla, If you want to click article title to view details article page, you need to assign that article (or category that article belong to) to a menu item and make sure you don’t assign any module to this menu item.

You can create a new menu item or use existing one.

    Regards

    Thanks Saguaros,

That worked fine. Is there any way to do this so that the article in question doesn’t appear in the main menu across the top? Or does the link have to be in there too??

    Hi,

You don”t need to assign that article to menu item in the main menu in top, you can create a new menu named ‘hiddenmenu, for example, then create a new menu item > assign that article to this new menu item.

    It would be fine.
