November 8, 2013 at 7:21 pm #192103Hello,
After upgrading to Joomla 3.2.0 i am not able to configure the “Content Settings” in JA SIDE NEWS MODULE 2.6.1.
All other Tabs are working fine, but when i click on “Content Settings” nothing happens and the old Tab still remains open.
I already uninstalled and installed the plugin again, but it did not help.
I hope somebody can help me 🙁Firebug is showing this error:
Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: aa
...nction(e){var t,n="",r=0,i=e.nodeType;if(i){if(1===i||9===i||11===i){if("string"...
jquery.min.js (line 4)
Further notes:
I have also uninstalled K2 Plugin, as i dont need it. Maybe this can be also the reason? I dont know if this is the problem or the Joomla Update? Reinstalling K2 did not help.Ninja Lead ModeratorNinja Lead

November 11, 2013 at 8:21 am #511797I’m sorry this problem of JA Side News module on JOOMLA 3.2 is because of compatibility issues with with JOOMLA 3.2, you need to downgrade back to JOOMLA 3.1.5 and wait for new update for our JA Extensions.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate this.
Can you tell me how long it will take until there will be a possible fix/update for the plugin?Ninja Lead ModeratorNinja Lead

Can you give us maybe an ETA. Just approximately.
Because i need to make a quick decision now, whether to restore my hosters Backups to restore Joomla 3.1.5 and loose my new content or to wait for your update and let the Backups expire. Because they will be deleted by the hoster.

What is the estimated time to completion for this update? I’m sure there are many others waiting on this update as well!
Thanks.
