My JA slideshow is appearing just fine in Mozilla, Safari, etc. but is just a blank space in Explorer.
The previous person who handled the website had put in a CU3ER slider, which we didn’t like, and exchanged it with the JA Slideshow.
Maybe I didn’t delete all of the code? Thanks for advising.

October 5, 2010 at 9:05 am #357775Hi,
Did you ask about JD Slideshow or JA Slideshow module?
October 5, 2010 at 5:01 pm #357820It’s a JA slideshow. I noticed that after I posted and when I tried to edit, it would only let me edit the reply but not the Title.
I had picked up this thread when I searched for “slideshow” in the forums and did not notice the difference between “JD” and “JA” until after my post. Sorry about that.
Can you advise if you can help? I could not find anything under the “JA” slideshow in any forums.
Thanks,
Helene

Moved this thread to its exact forum. Have you already fixed the issue out? I’ve just visited the site and seen it’s working well.

I’m glad that you can see it in Explorer. But this baffles me because I’ve cleaned the temporary internet files and history on all 3 of our computers, and I still come up with the blank. See thumbnail. We have IE7 on one and IE8 on the other 2.
I also just asked a friend to look on her office computer (she had never been on the website so cache was clean) and same thing. Nothing in slideshow. Is it because we’re in France???
Thanks,
Helene
October 7, 2010 at 10:44 am #358051As an update: I have access to a computer in the U.S. through gotomy.com and when I checked there, it also came up blank in IE. So I guess it’s not a case of discrimination with France 🙂

Just sent to you. My son also checked on his 2 computers in the U.S. and he also only saw the blank area in IE.

Hi,
Just fixed it out. I re-ordered your module list to set the slideshow module to be loaded before the language selection is. Now it works.1 user says Thank You to Don Lee for this useful post
