Hi.

I installed "Ja Simply" quickstart (almost clear joomla) and fresh JomSocial 4.3.5 but get the same issue like Ja Mood has: https://www.jomsocial.com/forum/templates-themes/36894-ja-mood-doesn-t-display-videos-list-stats-icons

Site doesn’t display statistick icons at video/photo gallery http://new.crimson-land.ru/videos

It’s strange, but if I set "protostar" as default, it doesn’t help.
But if I install clear Joomla with "protostar" only and JomSocial, it starts to works OK.

Can you please check it?

Hi,

I tried to set standard template of Joomla (beez / protostar) to that videos page but the same happens.

After refresh your site, the icons don’t show but you wait for some seconds, they will appear. I think there is problem with the connection from your server when loading these icons: http://prntscr.com/g0eetd

Hello. You are right. I noticed the same thing before too: if Ja Simpli or Ja Mood is installed with JS4.3.5 and you chose Protostar/ Beez template, it doesn’t fix problem.

But if use clear Joomla with Protostar / Beez (without JA extention / template) icons display correct. For example there is text-site at the same server: http://test.crimson-land.ru/videos/display

May be problem caused by some other template related files?

Is far is I understand, according this topic: https://www.jomsocial.com/forum/templates-themes/36894-ja-mood-doesn-t-display-videos-list-stats-icons this issue is related with Ja Mood template (not by JomSocial)? May be Ja Simpli cause the same problem?

But problem starts after releasing JS4.3.5 because this icons (under video thumb) was added in this version. But according by mentioned topic, new Ja Mood version will be releasing later that fix this problem.

I checked your site with clean Joomla installation but see the same issue. Let me pass to the developer of JS and see what’s wrong.
