January 14, 2012 at 7:58 am #433826hello,
I had the time to do a clean install of joomla 1.7.3. I also installed the latest versions of the template and module METHYS ja slideshow. The problem of image alignment on the left remains.
After reading other topics on the forum, I do not seem to be the one to meet this concern.
By private message, I will forward the login access as requested.

January 17, 2012 at 5:44 am #434096Hi!
I have been in your site and updated the slideshow with a seperate download, nit the one included in the QS package.
I have ste the position to slideshow and you may need to reconfigure the images being called from images/stories/slideshow folder.
Please note that Slideshow images should be in 960×320 pixels.
I have gone by the User Guide in setting it up. please refer to it when setting up.
Thanks and let me know if issue is resolved for you after this!
Thanks!ALSO~ Advanced Settings/no crop or resize
January 17, 2012 at 8:16 am #434112Hello,
With the version you have installed the 2.1.7, there was never a worry, everything has always worked properly and the images are aligned in the center. By cons, if one performs an update, the concern appears to align left.
Of course, if you do place pictures in 960×320, the problem is invisible. Yet this is not very suitable for an article. In addition, it would be a shame not all the features of this module.
Thank you.Blaine FriendBlaine

January 20, 2012 at 8:54 pm #434693I think it would be the best solution for now to have the canvas of all images formatted to the proper size and then the images within could be the actual size. I hope that makes sense.
Also, did you see my added comment to not use options but to only use actual images?
i am working with the dev’s on getting a permanent solution to this.January 22, 2012 at 5:41 am #434825Hi Blaine,
Yes your solution works but is not very practical in everyday life on a production site. Especially if some people who write articles with images only know these techniques.
From the moment the problem is known developers, I’ll wait until they find a solution.
Thank you for your help. -
