December 9, 2011 at 1:40 am #171630I am rebuilding a droid site and with the new requirements the slideshow must remain centered in the same position. With the current slideshow it move to the left if you widen the browser and to the right as you narrow it to about 1024 pixels. In the requirements the right 1/3 of the slideshow needs to remain fixed above the right column.
How do you achieve this without losing the gradient effect of the background images fading to the left/right?

December 9, 2011 at 2:26 am #428858You are correct ( I have web developer installed to check this), however there is a however. In this case I used images 1200 pixels wide which of course you might expect to push the browser. The however is that I have also run the same test with 950 px images. I will go ahead and switch them back in. The same problem exists. Even with the narrow images enabled it behaves odd, the images want to kiss the left browser edge regardless of wide to narrow.
