Hi friends

I just installed JA Opal and can’t get any images to show in the Ja slideshow. Not sure if thjis is a a permissions issues or what. Module is there but displays nothing

Anyone got any suggestions, gladly received

Hello and Thanks in advance for your support.

I became member in order to buy the JA business 1.6 template.

I Downloaded and in installed succesfully. It is located at http://www.triopton.org. I created the images for the slideshow module.

Though despite several efforts i can’t show the images in the module. The demo images still persist. I have uploaded the images in the folder media/stories/slideshow – Actually i replaced the original ones, provided with the quickstart package

I noticed that there is a folder in media called resized. Inside reside there is a “subfolder” images/stories/slideshow

Full path = Media/resized/images/stories/slideshow

Where do i have to put my images for the slideshow module to work ??

The code inside the article is:

Each article of the four, takes the appropriate banner and thumb (i.e. banner01.png , banner01-thump.png)

My first impression is that the path for your images is wrong it must be images/stories/slideshow

I will put the specified code. Though i have for articles to be shown in the moddule. So what is the full code that i should write in each of the four articles in order for the desired image and image thumb to be loaded in front end ??

Note that inside the article with the mentioned article code in my previous post i can see the image. Though it can not be loaded in the front end. I can also change the text for each article . If you need access to the site please let me know.

Do i put the images in the correct folder in media manager full path = media/stories/slideshow.

Is the path media/stories/slideshow = images/stories/slideshow ?? because the only “images” folder i see is inside a subfolder named resized

I would like to kindly ask to assist me.

Please check your permission on slideshow folder must be set to 755 at least
