Hi,
I’m running JA Pyro on Joomla 1.5.26. I’ve set up the slideshow according to the user guide: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/userguide-ja-pyro-template-for-joomla-2-5/
My problem is that the images doesn’t show. In the source code front end, I can see that the image the site tries to load is just http://medigruppen.no/ – so obviously my first line of code in the article just filters out or something.
My first line of the slideshow article is:
<p><img class="caption" src="images/stories/slideshow/sl1.png" border="0" alt="Sample Image" title="Sample Image" align="right" /></p>
Here is how the source code is front end:
<div class="ja-slide-main">
<div class="ja-slide-item">
<img src="http://medigruppen.no/" alt="Slideshow_1
" title="Slideshow_1
" /> <div class="ja-slide-desc">
<a target="_parent" href="/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=4:slideshow1&catid=1:slideshow">
<span>Slideshow_1
</span>Please see image from front-end:
I guess I just have the wrong image class in first line of the slideshow article or something – but I don’t know how to fix it. Any ideas?

July 17, 2012 at 3:36 am #461101Hello mpitof,
Your site is Joomla 1.5 version. And you installed an extension for Joomla 1.6 version. That’s why it can’t run. Please install extension with compatible version with your Joomla site.
Regards.

However, I’ve installed the JA Slideshow 2 version 2.2.0 module, which came bundled with the Joomla 1.5 installation package for the template. This version of the module should, as far as I can see, work with Joomla 1.5. Therefore, I believe there’s just something wrong with my configuration.

Hello mpitof,I checked your slideshow HTML source code on your site and didn’t find “img” tag in it. Only text in “p” tag. It doesn’t have any image HTML code like you told me above.
I can’t find this:
<p><img class=”caption” src=”images/stories/slideshow/sl1.png” border=”0″ alt=”Sample Image” title=”Sample Image” align=”right” /></p>Please re-check it.
Regards.
