I agree with Chavan.
I viewed style.css file and it hasn’t changed. Maybe cache causes it. So you try delete all of files of /cache and /t3-assets directory. And clear cache of browser.

Goto: /modules/mod_jaslideshow/assets/themes/default/style.css – line 166

And change the color code in the background parameter below:


#ja-slideshow .ja-slide-thumbs-wrap {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #CCCCCC;
bottom: 10px;
position: absolute;
right: 10px;
z-index: 100;
}


Change color ( #CCCCCC) to whatever you want the column to be (i.e. #000000 for black)
