    How do I change the current background color (of brown/purple) that appears when a particular thumbnail is selected in JA Slideshow (using the Rasite 1.7 template). Thanks very much for your help.

    Thise are actually images generated in the css templates/ja_rasite/css/mod_jaslideshow2.css

    .ja-slide-thumbs-wrap .active .ja-slide-thumb-inner {
    background: url("../images/grad-bg.gif") repeat-x scroll left top #57212A;

    }

    That is the default but if you look in the css for each individual theme you will see a different image pointed to. All the colour variations can be found in templates>ja_rasite>core>themes>

    Thanks for replying, but I don’t see a module by the name of “mod_jaslideshow2.css”, but I did make the above suggested mod to “mod_jaslideshow.css” before posting my question, but it didn’t have any effect.

    Thanks again.

    I thinks you can re upload template.css again.

    Still unable to resolve this seemingly simple issue … really can’t understand y changing colors is such a difficult task. :((

    The above problem that I’m encountering seems to also be manifested in JA Rasite demo. For example, this link shows JA Rasite 1.5 demo using the light-purple color: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#templates.joomlart.com/ja_rasite
    Now click on the 1.7 tab (on the left) and notice the color of slideshow.
    Must be a bug, which apparently no one seems to know how to fix. Please let me know if its fixable, so I’ll know whether I should pick another template.

    Thank u so very much.
