Hi folks,

Apologies if I’ve missed this topic being discussed elsewhere, I did look but couldn’t see anything similar.

Here’s my details:

My test site: http://www.platthome.com/htf_test/
Joomla Version: 1.5.6 Prod Stable (from the JA Helio “Quickstart” Setup.
Mods: Nothing Other than changing the height of User 5 from 250px to 220px

Here’s my problem:

• I’ve made a number of slides for JA Slideshow to display, all of which are exactly 500 x 220px.
• If I only place one image in the Slideshow directory, everything looks good.
• If I place two or more images in the Slideshow directory to change between, the transition works fine, but every image gets the bottom 50 pixels (roughly) “cropped” off the bottom.
• I’ve tried jpegs and gifs, but they both behave the same.
• I’ve tried each image individually and they all display fully if they’re the only image to show.

If anyone’s got a bright idea about this I’d be most grateful.

Actually, I’ve just noticed that it’s cropping the right-hand edge of the image also.
Weird.

Sorry folks, this one was down to me. Looks like at some point I accidentally restored a template.css with a height value smaller than the image size I was using.

So … my fault.

Doesn’t explain why it displayed OK if I just used one of the images. They were all bigger than the USER 5 setting I’d specified, but to some extent, who cares?
