I have updated the JA Slideshow extension but it still does not work – can you help me please? Slideshow does not display on homepage where it should, and on "apartments" link it displays incorrectly. Thanks.

Hi
You published the slideshow module in the slideshow position but there is no slideshow position in the layout you are using on your site.
If you would like to show it, I suggest you to duplicate the template style and use home-1 or home-2 layout for this new template style.
Now assign this template style to the homepage of your site.
And publish the slideshow module in the available position.
On the sidebar-1 position, the width of the sidebar is too small it can not adjust the slideshow module in this area, you have to use a position that has more width to fit this.
