I install the extension ja slideshow in ja sanidini but don’t work i was publishing and all is good but don’t appear … if i put in left position, right or other position, s ja slideshow appear just not in the right place topsl1 don’t work… please help me …:((

I am having the exact same problem.

I can see it in most other positions except position tops1 which is the position it is in – in the demo :confused:

Yes i really im not ok with joomlart i buy a membership just for get a jomsocial template then don’t works i change to communit< builder the template don’t work i need spend a lot lot time from my life to fix the problems and now i have problem with template…. really is very ….. support where is the support? the files need update… i think…

Strange thing is, if you change your index.php url to index.php/?tp=1 and have assigned the slideshow to tops1, you will see it appear in the correct place………:confused:

I admit i am a total noob at Joomla, in fact this is my 2nd day messing around with it, so im will to bet its me not doing something correctly lol :-[

hey please write a message for support and request this fix….. English is not my language and i was write a lot messages for support becouse i try to use the templates and always i have a problem…

Hi Nayanach

I got it working…..woot!

When i put the url into template mode, it did not show anything in tops2, so I added a module into tops2 position, published it and it worked 🙂

http://www.taskforce141st.com/Joomla/index.php

So basicaly I did the following:

Login to admin area
Click ‘Extensions’ > ‘Module Manager’
Click JABulletin
Set its position to tops2 and save

That should now help the slideshow to appear 🙂

I didnt bother to create thumbnails to test it, so I just set the modules ‘thumb folder’ property to the same as the ‘Images Folder’ property.
