I have two Joomla 2.5 sites, both with JA Travel and JA Slideshow installed. As far as I’ve been able to determine, the sites are identical.
On one (http://yourwardrobeunlockd.com/ywu_test) site JA Slideshow works fine, but on the other one (http://foundationsrevealed.com/fr_test), I can’t save any changes to the module. I can click on the Save buttons, and nothing happens.
Using Chrome’s inspect element Console window, this is what I get when I click any of the Save buttons:
http://foundationsrevealed.com/fr_test/modules/mod_jaslideshow/admin/helper.php?japaramaction=saveProfile&profile=defaultFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500
japaramhelper2.js:210 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘successful’ of undefinedI have tried re-installing Slideshow, and that didn’t work. Then I tried copying over the module files from the working site to the non-working site, that didn’t work. Then I tried un-installing ALL Joomlart components, modules, plugins and templates, and then re-installing them in this order:
Extension manager
JA T3
JA Social
JA Tabs
JA Bulletin
JA Content Slider
Facebook likebox
JA Slideshow
JA Travel template.Everything said it installed successfully, and I can save all changes to any other module on the problem site, just NOT Slideshow. Both these sites are located on the same server, so I’m a bit perplexed as to why they would not behave the same. I have also checked the file permissions, and they seem to be the same.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
– Marion(BTW, Super admin user name and password provided is the same for both sites)
